Sunny cool morning and after a good cup of coffee (hot chocolate for Kelly) we headed up to LB. Pauline had asked about what LB looked like so we took some pics of the bar from corner and as we traversed the steps.. but before I add those, we made a stop at the 7 Eleven,  for money from their ATM machine. Interesting note, for every 100,000 won we take out we are only $90 and some cents  is withdrawn from our account at home (plus a small service fee) ... so we get extra won for the price. (Typically it is 1000 wan to the dollar.)

Kelly is definitely more proficient at taking money out. We are only allowed 100,000 won per visit.
(Translates into roughly $90 and some in American money).

Now check out the walk from the corner to LB..in pictures. dDring the day... definitely a different flavor at night.

Liquor Burger is located on a side street off of a main street. It is on the third floor above  a bedding store. It is  about a 10-15 minute walk from their apartment. We have made this 3 story hike many times each day. It is basically our mountain to climb here in the city.

Here are  pics of LB from the other sides of the building..they  really have a great bunch of advertising on all areas of the building, in and out!

So pics taken during the day and at night... so now if you find your self in Yeonsu2dong, you have no excuse for not showing up and saying hello!

Aaron and Jeong Mi were going to Costco's with Jeong Mi's dad. While he waited for Aaron to get ready, Kelly challenged him to a game of foosball. While it appeared that he had never played before, he learned pretty quickly. It was fun to watch the two dads play a fun game together!

After spending hours uploading pics and working on the blog, Aaron and Jeong Mi treated us to Dominos Pizza. A pepperoni one and a bacon one; Aaron says it is the best pizza in Korea and most like American pizza. (However, Pizza Hut's Pan Pizza was really good too!)

We used this afternoon to work on uploading pics and updating the blog..  It does take a long time to do this but it helps Kelly and I remember all that we do during our days here.  Kelly and I traveled from LB to the large department store/mall and Emart and we enjoyed taking pics along the way and checking out the shops. Many name brand stores with high price items but fun to look anyway.

The evening found us back in LB for dinner and a visit with Limmy. Jeong Mi has been experimenting with making Onion rings and we got the 3rd try... Limmy had fried pickles.. I think both items would go over well at the bar.
Chicken tenders and onion rings!  Both very good! Kelly had the chicken quesadilla and fried tortilla chips.

We did not want to stay late because we were leaving early the next morning for: Busan... and our KTX high-speed train ride... stay tuned...
